Job Description

As a fast-growing e-commerce, Snapp Grocery strives to improve online shopping experiences, We are looking for an HR Center of Excellence Lead to the design and development of HR processes to ensure the effectiveness of the HR function. Overall accountability for HR policies and procedures and alignment. Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before rolling them out. Ownership of change management initiatives on behalf of the HR department.

Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountability for the design and development of high-quality HR projects, processes, and services in cooperation with the HRBP team
  • Ensure the integration of HR solutions across business units and HR business partners.
  • Prepare and present specific strategies for learning & development and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain strategies aiming at performance improvement of individuals and increasing a High-Performance Working Culture in place.
  • Lead the development of HR service-level agreements with business units.
  • Create and present business cases for the initiation of projects designed to increase internal customer satisfaction with HR initiatives, processes, and services. This includes budgeting and project planning & tracking.
  • Provide thorough leadership and best practice HR expertise to the entire organization.
  • Define annual HR strategy process cycle and dates including performance management, succession planning, workforce planning, annual salary reviews, etc.
  • Overall accountability for HR policies & procedures and alignment.
  • Ensure adequate testing and piloting of HR solutions before rolling out.
  • Ownership of change management initiatives on behalf of the HR department.
  • Present HR consultancy to business units at a high level of professionalism.
  • Collaborates with HRBPs to ensure the application of HR processes and practices in a standardized way.
  • Evaluate current processes, challenges and provide sound solutions, and cultivates a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience, including specific experience in talent management, and organizational development.
  • Strong project management and HR service delivery expertise.
  • Experience in communicating ideas and information through written proposals, and reports and presenting these to top management.
  • Familiar with almost all HR knowledge areas including EX, Internal communication, etc.
  • Focuses their team toward common objectives with a result-oriented approach.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and management skills.
  • Relevant certificates (PHRi, SPHRi, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is an advantage.
