Job Description
● Consult with function management and provide daily HR guidance regarding policies and procedures.
● Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
● Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
● Facilitate development actions and talent initiatives in his / her area with the assistance of the Talent Development team.
● Monitor and evaluate technical training programs and identify training needs for teams and individuals.
● Provide data and build close relationships with the C&B team during the monthly payroll process or new staff recruitment.
● Shop floor recruitment/sourcing and conducting interview sessions related to his / her functions.
