Job Description

The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing, planning, and implementing all activities to the Operational team (Warehouse and Sales team). This includes safety & security matters, local recruitment for the non-managerial positions, special projects, and social dialogues. It will need developing work plans; assigning work activities, monitoring workflow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to improve services.

Requirements

Education: -Human Resources or related field -3-5 years’ work experience as minimum requirement -Good command of the English language. -Experience/knowledge required: -Leadership -Good Business analysis skills -Knowledge of HR theories, frameworks, and tools -Behavioral competencies: -Excellent people management skills -Analytical and goal-oriented -Demonstrable experience with HR metrics -Good judgment/decision making -Strategic planning
