The HR Business Partner is responsible for managing, planning, and implementing all activities to the Operational team (Warehouse and Sales team). This includes safety & security matters, local recruitment for the non-managerial positions, special projects, and social dialogues. It will need developing work plans; assigning work activities, monitoring workflow, reviewing and evaluating work methods and procedures, and directing such activities to improve services.
Requirements
Education:
-Human Resources or related field
-3-5 years’ work experience as minimum requirement
-Good command of the English language.
