Requirements
● At least 5 years of experience in HRD and training.
● Master's degree in HRM.
● Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
● Knowledge of training process based on ISO10015.
● In-depth knowledge of learning techniques and methods.
● Good knowledge of need assessment and training evaluation methods.
● People-oriented and results-driven.
● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Self and time management skills.
