Job Description

● Manage training budget. ● Identify and assess training needs based on competency. ● Develop and design all training processes. ● Supervise and hold training courses. ● Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. ● Update job descriptions and job specifications. ● Design and implement a competency model in the organization. ● Develop compensation and benefits plans. ● Design an appraisal system and implement it. ● Formulate IDP and career path plans for strategic jobs and key performers based on performance analysis to continually develop the employees. ● Monitor HR metrics and suggest an action plan for improving them. ● Design and update human resource processes based on academic and practical modeling methods.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in HRD and training. ● Master's degree in HRM. ● Knowledge of HR systems and databases. ● Knowledge of training process based on ISO10015. ● In-depth knowledge of learning techniques and methods. ● Good knowledge of need assessment and training evaluation methods. ● People-oriented and results-driven. ● Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills. ● Ability to work under pressure. ● Self and time management skills.
