Job Description
● Understand the company policy and align the activities of the unit/company in relation to them.
● Achieve organizational goals and reporting to senior management.
● Have information on administrative instructions and regulations related to activities.
● Answer phone calls of domestic and foreign applicants.
● Record incoming calls and report to the superior manager.
● Contact with clients, staff, and managers of other units.
● Communication with employees of different units of the organization is based on the organizational hierarchy according to the organizational chart.
● Remind the relevant manager of the time of meetings and appointments
Planning and coordinating internal meetings.
● Plan the appointment of the superior manager and follow up to achieve it.
● Receive internal letters and letters from outside the organization.
● Number the incoming and outgoing letters.
● Keep letters in the administrative secretariat.
● Receive, review, distribute and send single faxes to related recipients.
● Control the inventory of office consumables on a continuous basis.
● Follow the tasks assigned by the manager until the result is achieved.
● Responding to the client and appearing in person.
● Plan and coordinate trips and missions of the senior manager (such as airline agency, accommodation, etc.).
● Record the client and client in person and submit a report to the superior manager.
