About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and transformative Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a diversified holding group with multiple subsidiary companies operating across various industries. This executive role requires a leader capable of shaping group‑level strategy, strengthening corporate governance, and driving organizational transformation while ensuring strong financial performance across the entire portfolio.
The CEO will play a central role in setting the holding’s long‑term direction, aligning subsidiaries with strategic priorities, and fostering synergy across companies. By leveraging strong leadership, financial insight, and stakeholder management skills, the CEO will support sustainable growth, operational excellence, and effective governance at every level of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Group Governance
Lead the development and execution of the group’s long‑term strategy and strategic roadmap.
Strengthen corporate governance frameworks and establish transparent management structures across the holding and its subsidiaries.
Design and implement the group’s governance model, ensuring alignment between the holding and subsidiary companies.
Define roles, decision‑making processes, and coordination mechanisms across the organization.
Holding Portfolio Management
Oversee the performance and strategic direction of the holding’s portfolio of companies.
Identify and drive synergies among subsidiaries operating in different sectors.
Ensure effective reporting, performance monitoring, and control systems are established across the group.
Financial Oversight & Capital Allocation
Supervise group financial planning, budgeting, and capital allocation.
Oversee financial performance across subsidiaries and ensure responsible investment decisions.
Monitor financial growth and long‑term sustainability of the holding structure.
Organizational Development & Transformation
Lead organizational transformation initiatives and support change management across the group.
Build and strengthen the executive team by attracting experienced managers and business specialists.
Facilitate organizational alignment and address structural or operational barriers to growth.
Stakeholder Management
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including shareholders, board members, and subsidiary leadership teams.
Represent the holding group in major negotiations and high‑level industrial or strategic engagements.
Ensure transparency, alignment, and effective communication across governance bodies.

What You Bring
Proven senior leadership experience within holding groups, large corporations, or multi‑company environments.
Strong experience in corporate governance, portfolio management, and group‑level strategy development.
Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation and major change management initiatives.
Strong financial and strategic planning skills, including budgeting and capital allocation.
Experience building and leading high‑performing executive teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, particularly with boards, shareholders, and senior executives.
