Job Description
We need motivated active experts to supervise and manage the activities of the sales team in pharmaceuticals products fields in order to achieve annual sales targets and improve related sales objectives.
Roles:
- Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service.
- Inventory stock management.
- Resolve complaints regarding sales and service.
- Review the operational records and reports to project sales and
- determine profitability.
- Monitor sales activities via double visits.
- Coach his/her team behaviorally and technically.
- Provide job counseling to sales representatives on sales skills.
- Participate in regular sessions and other internal meetings.
