Job Description

  • Responsible for reaching company sales targets (laundry and homecare) on the respective territory.
  • Daily field visits with his team of sales reps. to evaluate performance and monitor in-store KPIs.
  • Provide constructive suggestions and solutions to achieve sales targets and increase sales.
  • Implement sales fundamentals like availability, visibility, and planogram. based on the standards and principles of the company.
  • Plan sales target achievement on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis in line with company targets.
  • Review and monitor the competitors and market.
  • Supervise and assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed the goal.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in the related fields.
  • Gender preference: Male/Female. 
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG.
  • Significant experience coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules, and ensuring quality compliance.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively.
  • Highly motivated to help our company fulfill its larger mission.
  • People-centered, supportive, and flexible in order to get the most out of his/her team.
  • Familiar with sales and distribution fundamentals and KPIs.
  • Acceptable computer skills and user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Intermediate level in English, both verbal and written.
