Job Description
- Responsible for reaching company sales targets (laundry and homecare) on the respective territory.
- Daily field visits with his team of sales reps. to evaluate performance and monitor in-store KPIs.
- Provide constructive suggestions and solutions to achieve sales targets and increase sales.
- Implement sales fundamentals like availability, visibility, and planogram. based on the standards and principles of the company.
- Plan sales target achievement on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis in line with company targets.
- Review and monitor the competitors and market.
- Supervise and assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed the goal.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in the related fields.
- Gender preference: Male/Female.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG.
- Significant experience coaching employees, monitoring progress, enforcing rules, and ensuring quality compliance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills as well as the ability to resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Highly motivated to help our company fulfill its larger mission.
- People-centered, supportive, and flexible in order to get the most out of his/her team.
- Familiar with sales and distribution fundamentals and KPIs.
- Acceptable computer skills and user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Intermediate level in English, both verbal and written.
