Job Description
● Manage planning and control of production and inventory.
● Monitor the entry and exit of purchased items and sold products and warehouse.
● Monitor maintenance and repair activities of machines and equipment.
● Monitor the effectiveness of planning implementation.
● Cooperate and supervise in developing the product quality plan, including production instructions, quality control, and product maintenance.
● Supervise all personnel and work affairs of the factory and recruitment of human resources.
● Plan and apply personnel welfare issues.
● Supervise strict compliance with safety regulations.
● Monitor the strict compliance with the physical protection regulations of the factory.
● Present reports to senior managers regarding product production performance, waste, and product maintenance on a continuous basis.
