Job Description
Coordinating and handling all commercial affairs such as :
-Proficient in the principles and techniques of negotiating with buyers abroad.
-Principles of marketing and market research in foreign countries.
-Analysis of target markets (market, branding, competitors, etc.) Develop a strategy for how to enter the market, positioning in the market.
-Search for potential agents in foreign markets.
-Negotiate with representatives and advance the process from the time of negotiation to the conclusion of the contract.
-Participate in foreign seminars, congresses and exhibitions.
-Participate in the planning and coordination of all matters related to the development of exports of the company's products.
-Update export statistics.
-Forming new export files and receiving approvals.
-Carrying out customs formalities related to sending shipments, including required coordination with warehouse, airport holding, export declaration -
Preparation of shipping documents including proforma, invoice, packing and so on.
-Carrying out matters related to receiving approvals from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and embassies for export documents.
-Take the necessary steps to get a booth in domestic and foreign exhibitions.
-Possibility to attend international exhibitions and missions.
-Product feasibility and coordination with the customer - coordination for timely deliveries and required transfers.
-Coordination for the production of ordered products.
-Perform the required coordination with export customers.
-Reflecting customer requests and views to the organization.
-Follow up the procurement unit to supply packing items.
