Job Description

Objective of the role: The company starts a new business unit in furniture online retail and this unit needs an executive manager to direct the business and implement plans and policies to ensure continuing operations and increase sales.. List of responsibilities: - Appoint department heads or managers and assign or delegate responsibilities to them. - Analyze operations to evaluate performance of the business unit and its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change. - Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs. - Implement corrective action plans to solve organizational or departmental problems.. - Reporting to: CEO. - Subordinates: IT assistant, website admin, operations and Logistics manager, supply chain manager, . - Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. - Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Requirements

- University Qualifications: MBA or any related university degrees in business management. - Other certifications obtained: Management or related certificates . - Nature and length of previous experience: at least 5 years of Administration and - Management experience, online market or online market place experience. - Specialist knowledge: Online sales and marketing and e-commerce is the main specialty that is needed. - Soft Skills and Personality traits: Judgment and Decision Making, Complex Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Speaking .
