Job Description

  • Develop a plan and budget and provide a project organization chart.
  • Estimate quantities and cost of technical and financial.
  • Estimate, control, and documentation of project documents (technical and financial).
  • Control and confirm contractors' invoices.
  • Responsibility for project profit and loss.
  • Oversee the project's legal affairs and transfer matters to the legal advisor.

Requirements

  • At least a Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in the same and related positions.
  • Fluency in contracting and general contracting.
  • Knowledge of managing, technical and execution control of EPC projects.
  • Time managing, executive, and financial scheduling.
  • Fluency in English skills.
  • Expert in project contract affairs.
