Job Description
We need a talented executive associate to work closely with the leadership team to support the design, execution, and monitoring of organizational strategies, analyze key data, and facilitate strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of organizational strategies based on market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and internal data.
- Assist in preparing analytical reports and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
- Monitor industry trends and identify strategic opportunities or risks.
- Track progress of key strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for strategic analysis.
- Prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership meetings.
- Collect and analyze performance metrics (financial, operational, customer) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop management dashboards and periodic reports for decision-making.
- Set agendas for strategic meetings and document action items.
- Follow up on key decisions to ensure timely execution.
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Strong research skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong project management ability.
- Comfortable working with top-level managerial staff.
- Experience working alongside others and offering support to achieve shared goals.
