Job Description

We need a talented executive associate to work closely with the leadership team to support the design, execution, and monitoring of organizational strategies, analyze key data, and facilitate strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of organizational strategies based on market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and internal data.
  • Assist in preparing analytical reports and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends and identify strategic opportunities or risks.
  • Track progress of key strategic initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for strategic analysis.
  • Prepare executive summaries and presentations for leadership meetings.
  • Collect and analyze performance metrics (financial, operational, customer) to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop management dashboards and periodic reports for decision-making.
  • Set agendas for strategic meetings and document action items.
  • Follow up on key decisions to ensure timely execution.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. 
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Strong research skills.
  • MS Office proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Strong project management ability.
  • Comfortable working with top-level managerial staff.
  • Experience working alongside others and offering support to achieve shared goals.
  • Negotiation proficiency.
