Requirements
● Bachelor’s or Master’s in Management (Public Relations, Organizational Behavior, or Human Resources Management).
● At least 3 years of experience in human resources with an emphasis on workplace investigations, conflict management, and employee relations.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
● Ability to interact and develop strong trusting relationships with employees at all levels.
● Intermediate knowledge of employment law, compliance, and labor relations subject matter.
● Teamwork skills.
● Advanced computer skills.
● Flexible at work.
● Good social behavior and excellent communication skills.
