Technical Engineer (Drives & Low Voltage Systems)
We are seeking a Technical Engineer with expertise in drives and low voltage
systems to join our growing international team. The ideal candidate will have
familiarity with Danfoss drive solutions and general knowledge of LV electrical
products and switchgear. This role combines technical support, sales engineering,
and international project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support on drives and LV electrical solutions, including Danfoss
VLT® drives, soft starters, and related control equipment.
• Assist with project coordination, product selection, and preparation of technical
documentation.
• Support sales teams with technical presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
• Participate in business trips abroad for customer meetings, training, and project
support.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth
operations and project delivery.
• Serve as a technical proposal engineer for drives and energy-efficient LV solutions
across industries such as HVAC, water & wastewater, oil & gas, power generation,
and food & beverage.
• Collaborate with the sales and project teams to develop tailored drive and control
system solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Communicate directly with Danfoss and other suppliers for project designs, system
layouts, and troubleshooting.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, sustainability goals, and Danfoss’ energy efficient
drive technologies.
• Contribute to the company’s business growth by supporting key client relationships
and enhancing customer engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Low Voltage systems, Drives, or Switchgear (experience
with Danfoss preferred).
• Familiarity with Danfoss product portfolio (e.g., VLT® Drives, VACON® Drives,
soft starters, HVAC & water applications).
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business support and training.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working in fast-paced,
international business environments.
