Job Description

This position is the prime link between sales and marketing divisions and eCommerce channels and also it is developing & executing sales strategy of B2B and for direct to consumer eCommerce. - Managing day-to-day product launch and promotion calendar, working with the rest of sales and marketing team, product managers, technical team as well as with head office team to ensure flawless execution - Responsible for external business & sales related communications related to business term negotiation, contracts, and approvals - Develop short-team and long-term strategies and plans (product, promotion & offers) to maximize the company’s eCommerce sales -Responsible on coordinating the work on all the company online footprints on social media (telegram, whatsapp,..) and website -Collaborate with marketing, strategy & planning, GM and operations, regional sales teams to build tactical product and promotion plans - Generate creative and unique promotion & offers tactics for the company eCommerce business based on market research and competitive analytics - Gather all information and requirements regarding all sales initiatives (i.e. Product launch, promotion, key sell-out platforms, etc.) then provide timely communications to the other teams - Manage sales program activities across eCommerce content team, Sales and PM - Expand the online sales platform to new categories, services and markets - Manage business relationships with external partners (eCommerce Reseller, Distributor, various Service providers)

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent - Experience in e-commerce or B2B sales , strategy & planning, product management; - Experience working with ERP and e-commerce CMS (Content Management System) - Proficiency in English written and spoken - Expert in MS Office and proficiency with Online Analytical Processing - Experience in Agriculture and agritech is a plus
