Job Description

- Lead and Manage a team of commercial department - Helping the Sales and marketing team members to become more efficient and integrated - Helping the team members to understand and tackle issues - Sufficient knowledge of the methods of procurement - Sufficient knowledge of marketing and sales and purchasing techniques - Sufficient knowledge of the contract of sale and purchase - Full knowledge of the principles of management and supervision of supervised personnel - Full knowledge of domestic and foreign sales purchasing - Ability to produce sales and purchase reports - Ability to identify existing and emerging markets in the HVAC - Creativity and ingenuity in solving problems - Sufficient knowledge of e-commerce - Identify proper internal procurement channels: Suppliers, consumers of HVAC, ... - Communicate effectively with local customers and suppliers and Understand and Analyze the HVAC market issues – Commercial manager needs to understand and analyze of the local and foreign market - Develop the commercial plan and campaign for Logistics Division considering the market condition and future trends - Manage the comparative analysis considering the existing and potential local HVAC market - Provide relevant market and team performance report to the CEO - Communicate effectively with other groups such as finance
