Job Description

Our new colleagues will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. He/She must collect sales records and evaluate performance based on sales quotas. The development and tracking of key performance indicators will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making.

Main Areas of Responsibility:
*Performance Reports:
• Managing sales information on all channels, supervising reports and initial sales studies and projects
• Evaluating and measuring performance against sales forecasts
• Managing all reports regarding KPI and distributors’ performance
• Planning, Forecasting and Analyzing
• Cooperation with management in order to develop and review sales budget, forecast sales, production planning and targeting (RSF, A&SP, OL & LE)
• Analyzing all internal and external drivers that impact on business

*Price Monitoring:
• Reporting, updating and comparing JTI's prices at all levels and comparing to rival values and providing scientific analysis regarding the price.
• Inventory Monitoring
• Scientific analysis the level of stocks based on inventories, sales volume, and production plan and coverage days

*Motorcycle Salesman (MSM) Performance:
• Implementation the MSM project in Iran
• Scientific analysis of MSM output.

*Effective Distribution Management:
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as logistics, supply chain, and sales, to align distribution goals with overall business objectives.
• Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in distribution operations.
• Staying up-to-date with market trends and best practices in distribution management.

*Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Statistics and Industrial Engineering

*Work Experience:
• 2 years of sales and marketing experience preferably in international FMCG company

*Language Skills:
• English fluent

• Strong IT skills (Excel, Power point, Power Query, Power BI, VBA)

• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Analytical capability and data modeling
