Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, etc.
- Lead content strategy across digital channels in collaboration with creative and content teams.
- Monitor trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing goals with business targets.
- Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
- Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of campaign success.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics (incl. GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Solid understanding of branding, performance KPIs, and digital customer journey.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a Master’s degree preferred).
