Job Description

ᴧ Job Specific Accountabilities:

• Develop and implement digital and design strategies across all categories.
• Oversee always on content, performance media, and creative execution.
• Integrate e commerce, social, and paid media to drive ROI.
• Partner with Category, Trade, and MCI for data driven optimization and content learnings.
• Build team capability in digital production, performance marketing, and design consistency
ᴧ Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, from a recognize university, MBA/MS in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Business is preferred
ᴧ Language: Advanced English
ᴧ Skills: Digital strategy development and execution across categories, In-house content production, design leadership, and brand-consistent creative oversight, Performance media planning, activation, and optimization (search, social, programmatic), E-commerce integration: product pages, catalog UX, conversion rate optimization, Content and design lifecycle management: briefs, reviews, approvals, asset delivery, Data-driven optimization: A/B testing, analytics, and learnings translation into actions, Cross-channel activation: integration of social, paid media, owned assets, and retail platforms, Performance measurement and ROI attribution for digital initiatives, Collaboration with MCI for insights-driven content strategy and funnel optimization, Vendor/agency management for external partners when needed
ᴧ Experience: 8–10 years in digital marketing, media, or design leadership; experience managing content and media performance across channels; e commerce exposure. Category relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.
