Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid advertising.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, etc.
Lead content strategy across digital channels in collaboration with creative and content teams.
Monitor trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing goals with business targets.
Oversee marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
Prepare monthly performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of campaign success.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
Experience with tools like Google Analytics (incl. GA4), Search Console, Tag Manager.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
Solid understanding of branding, performance KPIs, and digital customer journey.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (a Master’s degree preferred).
