Job Description

The demand and supply planner is responsible to provide strong supervision for optimizing supply chain operations through MBPC (Monthly Business Planning Cycle). Responsibilities: ● Implement the company SHE rules in the functions. ● Ensure delivery of finished goods at the right time and right quantity according to distributor orders in hands and inventory buildup target. ● Ensure all sales orders are delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner. ● Ensure all storage is in line with quality standards. ● Ensure warehouse capacity is well utilized. ● Finish goods stock management. ● Implement MBPC in the supply chain department. ● Implement NCE in the supply chain department. ● Manage FG tracking system. (The position is responsible for Nestle Water business.)

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in demand and supply planning. ● Strong experience in physical logistics. ● Familiar with continuous excellence. ● Strong negotiation skills. ● Familiar with business planning. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience. ● Extensive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint. ● Proficiency in English. ● Good communication skills and team player. ● Creative, energetic, and self-motivated. ● Ability to lead a team.
