Job Description

- Study the strategy of dealership development, running model and make annual plan for dealership development. - Investigating dealerships financial and credit status to determine eligibility. - Developing networks of dealership to whom clients may be referred. - Advising dealership on market conditions, legal requirements, and related matters. - Answering dealership’s questions regarding firm's plans, and appraisals. - Preparing documents such as representation contracts, calculating sale commission and other agreements. - Monitoring the status of agents in work process, incoming customers and human resources situation. - Checking standard condition of dealership and giving advice to improve them according to CI standard. - Schedule assessment plan for dealerships. - Preparing action plan to reduce weakness of dealership. - Planning to prepare dealership for ISQI audit. - Sending related reports to ISQI. - Preparing related analytical reports of sales and after sales. - Updating dealership’s information regularly. - Report to: Dealership network manager.

Requirements

- BS/BA degree of industrial engineering / mechanical engineering / management. - Minimum 3 years of experience in dealer development scope and network auditing & planning in automotive industry. - Familiarity with training process in sales & after sales. - Familiarity with auditing and monitoring dealers. - Familiarity with ISQI auditing process and automotive standards. - Familiarity with ISO 9001, 10002, 10004. - Familiarity with sale and after sale software like seven app. - Good Computer skill specially excel, access and statistical software. - Familiarity with MS Project software. - Familiarity with accounting. - Flexibility at work and travel for missions. - Efficiency in English. - Good communication skills. - Driving license.
