Job Description

-Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries (phone and email) -Identify and handle customer needs and complaints to achieve satisfaction -Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports -Control and Track the sales process -Check payment process

Requirements

-Minimum Bachelor's degree -Minimum 1 year of related experience -Being familiar with customer services -Advanced in Microsoft Office -Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening -Be friendly, professional, and polite -Highly skilled in relationship/people management -Responsible and committed -Proactive learning -Fast Typing -Be patient -Familiarity with English -Having strong problem-solving skills -Full Time -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 30 -Gender Preference: Female *Flexible Work time (Day and night shift)
