Job Description

• Follow up on the implementation of the production plan and coordinate with the relevant supervisor.
• Controlling and setting up production processes on the SCADA system and monitoring the unit.

• Making necessary arrangements with other production technicians to carry out production processes.
• Follow up on the results of the tests performed on the samples sent to the laboratory and take corrective action if they are out of standard in coordination with the supervisor.
• Conducting monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, and annual controls of the relevant unit and completing their checklist form.Recording CCP and OPRP controls based on instructions and reporting problems and any deviations from CCP and OPRP as soon as possible to the direct supervisor and HACCP manager.
• Recording repairs, stops, and replacement of required parts of devices and lines in the relevant unit.
• Studying and applying all the instructions related to the production processes and cooperating in their annual review with the opinion of the supervisor.
• Guiding other operators to improve their performance.Ensuring that devices and machines are healthy for startup.
• Compliance and application of all health, safety, and environmental guidelines of the organization.
• Full cooperation in the delivery of work shifts and exchange of relevant information with other shifts.
• Notifying the supervisor of the observed work problems and obstacles and following up and coordinating to resolve them.
• Launching CIP production lines and guiding unit forces to prevent washing stops.Making necessary arrangements at the beginning of work with other production units to start production.
• Controlling the system in emergency situations according to the relevant instructions (power outages, problems, etc).
• Providing daily reports to the shift supervisor and recording them in the daily book.
• Doing work related to the production unit according to the opinion of the supervisor.
