Job Description

- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. - Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, other social media in a timely and accurate manner. - High ability to persuade customers - Analyze and report product malfunctions - Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance - Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved - Positive service delivery and hospitality attitude and stress management

Requirements

- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively and problem-solving - Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening - English efficiency (Both written & spoken) - Familiar with call center & CRM System - Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ideal age range: 22 - 32
