Job Description

- plan, perform and coordinate all commercial affairs such as sourcing, correspondence, negotiating, ordering, contracting, custom releasing etc. - Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other data and information to determine reasonable prices. - Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations - Research and evaluate foreign suppliers based on price, quality, selection, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities, and the supplier’s reputation and history - Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time and resolve problems related to undelivered goods sourcing to find new sources and development of the supply chain. -Visit clients and end-users of oil and gas industries to improve the relationship and receive their requests. - Follow up customer inquiries and tenders to increase cooperation opportunities. - Prepare technical and commercial offers for clients. - Follow up inquiries for both technical approval and commercial result. - Analyze the market, provide marketing strategies and marketing plans. - Enter company profile to end-users approved vendor lists. - Improve professional and technical knowledge. - Keep in touch with clients. - Understand the client’s short- and long-term needs. And requirements and provide solutions. - Follow up the sales affairs. - Report to Commercial manager periodically. - Sales negotiations. - Attend weekly sales meetings. - Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. - Analyze sales reports. - Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. - Providing regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to CEO.
