Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified, forward-thinking, proven leader to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Chasht Pasand.
The incoming Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will drive continued growth and diversification, financial strength, and operating efficiencies across the organization. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors.
as a CEO You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.
The goal is to drive the company’s development and guide it towards long-term success.
As the CEO your duties will include:
-Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
-Lead strategic and operational planning, development, administration and evaluation of the company
- Monitor, evaluate, and approve the company's elements to ensure achievement of established goals and the strategic plan
- Report to the board of directors and keep them informed
- Convene, set vision for, mentor, and lead the management Team
- Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with the Board of Directors and other members of the leadership team.
- Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
- Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Direct and monitors the organization performance improvement and transformation activities
- Supervise all managers in the execution of the duties described in their job descriptions, develops annual organizational and departmental goals and objectives
- Maintain and improve staff stability
- Provide On-Call support and supervision to staff
- Act as the primary spokesperson for the company
And other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
