About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our client’s operations in the Oil, Gas, and Energy sector. This critical executive role requires a leader with deep industry insight, exceptional governance skills, and proven experience in large-scale, project-driven environments.
you will play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing Board level strategic decisions related to market development, project origination, investment evaluation, and the acquisition and development of major capital and developmental projects. Leveraging deep knowledge of the energy market, investment trends, and commercial project structures, the CEO contributes to identifying growth opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and supporting critical decisions around entering new projects and markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Corporate Governance:
-Support the definition of long-term strategies, corporate policies, and the strategic roadmap.
-Provide high-level oversight of all operations while ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and the corporate charter.
-Review and approve financial statements, annual budgets, and performance reports.

Board Governance & Oversight:
-Participate meaningfully in Board meetings, contributing to strategic and technical discussions.
-Prevent conflicts of interest and transparently disclose any personal benefit linked to Board-related decisions.
-Drive profitability, cost control, and long-term financial sustainability.
Risk Management & Compliance:
-Monitor enterprise-level risks and support development of mitigation frameworks.
-Ensure adherence to confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional conduct across all interactions.
Strategic Growth, Market Development & External Relations:
-Strengthen relationships with major clients, regulatory entities, investors, and strategic partners.
-Lead efforts to identify, assess, and secure large-scale investment and development projects.
-Shape market-entry strategies, evaluate new business opportunities, and support the formation of strategic partnerships and project consortia.
-Ensure corporate strategy remains aligned with market dynamics, global energy trends, and national priorities.

What You Bring:
-Extensive senior leadership experience in project-driven industries such as oil & gas, energy, power generation, infrastructure.
-Demonstrated involvement in identifying, shaping, or securing investment or development projects.
-Strong skills in engaging with large clients, government bodies, investors, and strategic partners.
-Strong financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
-Skills in forming strategic partnerships, project consortia, or inter-organizational collaborations.
-Experience evaluating investment opportunities or large-scale industrial/energy projects.
-A track record of contributing to executive-level decision-making or Board environments.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Must Have:
