Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate the CFO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications and emails.
  • Liaise with other departments and external partners on behalf of the CFO.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation logistics for the CFO.
  • Maintain confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in financial data entry and documentation processes.
  • Support in preparing meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
