Role Description : - Exercising leadership (goal setting, organizing, coordinating and controlling) in supervised activities in order to achieve the goals of the organization. - Designing the strategic strategy of the organization and transferring the role of each unit to the relevant managers. - Decision-making, consulting and implementation to increase the company's economic turnover - Purposeful effort to train staff and managers. - Prepare and adjust the budget, supplement the annual budget. - Identify organizational risks and define appropriate responses.
