Job Description
The mission of this position is to perform various tasks with high confidentiality for the CEO and assist in advancing the goals of the CEO.
- To write, compile, and prepare the administrative letters to be sent to relevant units inside or outside the organization.
- To prepare, change, and prepare the files required by management, including Microsoft Office files for use.
- To communicate with related organizations to follow up on the progress of the organization's projects.
- To remind the direct manager about the events to ensure the implementation of the affairs according to the specified schedule.
- To coordinate, follow up on the people's attendance, and convene the formal and informal management meetings.
- To track the payment of funds in the required case to be used.
- To follow up on the project's progress considered by the management and get information about the rate and progress.
- To communicate with the individuals inside or outside the organization and collect the necessary information to be presented to the management.
