We’re Hiring: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary, results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization through its next phase of growth and innovation. As a leading company in the medical equipment sector, we aim to expand our impact on healthcare delivery by enhancing operational excellence, driving commercial performance, and strengthening our position in the Iranian market.

The CEO will have full P&L ownership and will be responsible for setting and executing the company’s strategic direction, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

 

  • Define and implement long-term business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and market dynamics in Iran’s healthcare sector.

 

 

Commercial Growth & Market Expansion:

 

 

  • Drive revenue growth through product portfolio optimization, customer acquisition, and development of new commercial channels.

 

 

Operational Excellence:

 

 

  • Oversee end-to-end operations including supply chain, sales, finance, and after-sales service to ensure efficiency and profitability.

 

 

Team Leadership & Culture:

 

 

  • Build and empower a high-performance leadership team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

 

 

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:

 

 

  • Ensure full compliance with local healthcare regulations, MoH approvals, and medical device standards.

 

 

Stakeholder Management:

 

 

  • Serve as the key liaison with shareholders, board members, strategic partners, and external regulators.

 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

 

 

  • Education: Master’s in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10–15 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Language: Fluent in Persian; working knowledge of English preferred.
  • Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering. sustainable growth
