Objective of the role: Developing polyurethane market inside and outside of the country to increase the company products market share
Improving MAMMUT products brand awareness to increasing the sales volume
Creating shareholder value for MAMMUT by positioning the polyurethane products in relevant industry .
List of responsibilities: Developing long-term strategic plan for market penetrations to improve market share market value
Leading production day to day operation by setting up realistic company objectives
Improving sales performance through a comprehensive sales plan and marketing strategies
Formulating the right strategies for business development and expansion in operation
Increasing the production line efficiency and improve the products quality in order to maximize capacity and efficiency
Preparing an aspirational annual budget plan to increase staff commitment by setting up stretched goals and objectives
Reporting to: Group CEO.
University Qualifications: Industrial Management, Chemical Engineering, MBA is and advantage
Nature and length of previous experience: 15 years experience in chemical industry/ 5 years experience in top management role
Specialist knowledge: Marketing and Sales, Business Development, Product Development, Strategy
