Sana Khalesi - the founder and CEO of Komodaa- is looking for an extra pair of eyes and another beating heart, a vibrant and smart spirit to support her executives and contribute to her nonstrategic alignments. You will manage mostly business-related tasks such as creating reports, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should be a KOMOlover and get aligned with her personality in the first place. Responsibilities:
● Dealing with incoming emails, and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO.
● Planning and organizing meetings or events.
● Liaising with team members, inquiries, and requests, and handling them.
● Maintaining the CEO's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, video calls, and travel.
● Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
● Arranging and accompanying the CEO in meetings with the leadership team so as to prepare MOM, and ensures all teams are performing in accordance with their OKRs.
● Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
● Taking action points and writing minutes of Management meetings and follow-ups.
● Taking on some of the leadership team and manager's responsibilities and working more closely with them.
● Making appropriate, informed decisions regarding priorities.
