Job Description

Objective of the role: We need disciplined, energetic and self-motivated assistant to organize and prioritize the workflow of the management office. List of responsibilities: -General skills for handling administrative and official tasks -Capable of drafting and typing correspondence in English and Farsi -Preparing daily agenda for Management -Managing and coordinating meetings, conferences, travel arrangements and accommodation affairs. -Following up tasks as delegated by Management -Coordinate part of public relation activities. -To be able to deal with CRM related activities. Reporting to: C level management. Subordinates: Service staff . Length of Probation Period: 3 Month. Working hours: 8:30 to 17:00. Thursdays every other week. Travel requirements: Not.

Requirements

-Successful experiences in administrative & business tasks; -Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, IT, communication or Public relation or related fields; -Dedicated and loyal to work environment; -High EQ; Patient, calm, polite, disciplined, punctuate, trustful and creative personality -English writing, reading, listening and speaking are required; -Knowing MS-Office Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint are required; -Familiar with Business, Advertisement, and Commercial terms and concepts; -IT oriented; -Accustomed with international culture;
