Scheduling daily agenda for CEO Organizing appointments and meetings for CEO Typing Persian and English letters Following up with departments and managers of the company Preparing responses to inquiries by phone, text messages or emails Monitoring and Answering telephone calls Preparing reports and documents Paper and electronic documentation Being available on phone on holidays and Non-Working hours Recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents

Requirements

At least bachelor degree At least 3 years’ experience in personal assistance Good knowledge with MS Office applications Good communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Being highly motivated and driven
