Job Description

-Planning yearly marketing plan and roadmap -Follow up and survey marketing research projects -Project management for existing products development and new product development from idea to launch -Periodical competitor analyze and define competitive strategy -Planning advertising campaign and brief advertising agencies -Evaluate and Troubleshooting product’s category and providing solutions to solve problems -Survey and follow up sales index of product’s category day to day, weekly and monthly -Benchmarking global brands trends and innovation -Customer compliant survey and follow up -Training sale’s forces in launch activity -Define promotion and pricing strategy

Requirements

-Bachelor/Master in Industrial Engineering or Business Management/MBA -Over 3 years' experience in Marketing (Preferably in FMCG) -Good negotiator -Creative personality -Ability of problem-solving -Ability to teamwork -Presentation -Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
