Job Description

As a business project manager, your communication skills and analytical approach are an essential part of your activities in order to optimize business performance. You are mainly responsible to make sure all business operation processes as well as daily team tasks go based on business plans and management requests. Responsibilities: ● Create and optimize processes by understanding the current processes, opportunities for increased efficiency, and areas where we can optimize processes. ● Identify operational weaknesses and gaps by regularly deep diving into data. ● Build and develop strong relationships with cross-functional leaders/teams in order to successfully drive long-term growth and efficiency. ● Standardize and optimize operational systems, business processes, and reporting processes. ● Monitor and drive initiatives to improve overall performance in alignment with business targets through all teams. ● Execute on-request tasks from the manager.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● More than three years of work experience in business analysis, project management, business development, or related fields. ● Inspiring leadership skills. ● Excellent teamwork approach. ● Excellent negotiation skills. ● Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and changing work environment. ● Problem analysis and problem-solving. ● Strong communication skills - verbal and written in Persian and English. ● Vision to understand business needs and translate them into practical solutions. ● Disciplined time management and ability to work under pressure. ● Self-motivated learning attitude. ● Exceptional software skills and knowledge of MS Office (SQL knowledge is a plus).
