Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated business manager to join our team in order to drive business growth within the company. He or she attracts new clients by planning, executing, and optimizing scalable initiatives including integrated marketing campaigns, digital activations, field events, and content. The suitable candidate has a track record of building and managing marketing campaigns with the support of the marketing team across channels, being laser focused on driving impactful commercial outcomes. He or she enjoys and thrives working cross-functionally, managing multiple stakeholders towards a common goal.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level business strategy and execute business plans.
  • Be the primary entity for driving the KPI of the business unit.
  • Propose potential business deals by discovering and exploring opportunities with existing partners and potential partners and the ability to understand the competitive strengths of each partner.
  • Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
  • Be a key component for coordinating all the functions of the business and making sure the business is meeting the target.
  • Direct and coordinate all sales activities to reach the commercial target.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify opportunities for campaigns, co-marketing, case studies, and events that increase merchant pipeline.
  • Communicate with different teams to proceed with the defined projects within the business unit.
  • Speak and attend events to promote Podro shop to prospective partners and merchants.
  • Manage a pipeline of partner sales opportunities by leading the sales team.
  • Design processes for training and onboarding new clients and partners.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a business owner, business manager, or related positions.
  • Experience managing different stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and execute projects that involve alignment and collaboration with disciplines to reach business targets.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong business and marketing knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
