● Review and evaluate prospective and existing client environments, recommending service and new design to meet both their existing and anticipated needs.
● Participate during requirement analysis to understand customer business use cases, architect the solution, scopes the project, estimates the project, and helps with proposal preparation.
● Study current SW products/applications/ tools, and identify ways of enhancing the current applications to meet the current market needs and the latest trends.
● Obtain feedback from the current customers, and translate it into clear requirements for the product development roadmap.
● Capture and share best practices among the software community.
● Participate in RFI / RFP documents review and analysis.
● Design all HW/SW Components of the proposed solution.
● Create, prioritize, communicate, manage, and execute innovation roadmaps, project plans, and commitments.
● Work closely with senior and principal engineers to architect and develop the best technical design and approach.
● Shape the solution business from end to end, the business value, and the business plan, in the form of a document.
● Cooperate with solution architects and analysts to recommend the best solutions for our business and how to achieve goals.
● Requirements elicitation and communication.
● Requirements analysis and modeling.
● Requirements management (documentation, dependencies and prioritizing).
● Create and design mockups / User Interface (UI)/flows/flowchart/sequence diagram.
● Object-Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
● Exposure to enterprise systems and enterprise architecture.
● Coordinate with project managers to set projects plans and define (priorities and risks).
● Teamwork and deliverables reviewing (quality monitoring).
● Perform analysis of business processes to produce overall definitions of workflow and identify improvement opportunities to increase capabilities and/or productivity.
● Work closely with designated departments to understand business needs, business requirements and enhance as-is business processes and develop to be business processes as per Business Process management (BPM).
