Responsibilities:
Review, diagnose, redesign, and update the Operations unit’s workflows using BPMN standards
Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in operational processes
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and extract actionable insights to support decision-making and performance improvement
Write SQL queries and independently extract data to assess process status and validate analytical hypotheses
Collaborate continuously and effectively with managers and teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, and Support
Identify and analyze operational needs and translate them into clear, actionable documentation
Define business requirements, user stories, and operational procedures
Build alignment among stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the execution of changes and projects
Continuously monitor the impact of process changes on key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide data-driven analyses and recommendations for the continuous improvement of operational performance
Work with different teams to ensure processes and required changes are implemented correctly

Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
Strong command of BPMN concepts, standards, and tools
Experience with tools such as Bizagi, Visio, or Camunda
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, with the ability to extract and analyze data independently
Good understanding of BI tools and the ability to analyze and interpret management dashboards
Ability to analyze processes and identify problems, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
Ability to translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable requirements
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
Ability to build alignment across teams and manage their expectations
Problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven mindset
Proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate issues and follow up on them actively
High attention to detail in analysis and documentation
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

What Will You Do in This Role?
In this position, your job is not merely to document processes or prepare reports. We expect you to identify problems, investigate them using data and process analysis, reach solutions together with stakeholders, and measure the impact of the solutions you implement.
A significant part of this role therefore involves analysis, problem-solving, process improvement, and building effective communication between different teams.
