Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Designing, implementing, and updating the organisation's brand strategy
• Defining and developing Brand Identity, including:
Mission, vision, values, and brand personality
• Leading and supervising the design of the brand’s Visual Identity, including:
Logo, colour palette, typography, brand guidelines, and more
• Preparing and drafting Brand Book and Brand Guidelines
• Ensuring correct and cohesive implementation of the brand identity across all communication channels (website, social media, advertising, packaging, etc.)
• Working closely with design, marketing, content, to ensure brand coherence
• Supervising advertising campaigns from the perspective of alignment with the brand identity
• Analyzing the brand’s market position, evaluating audience understanding of the brand, and proposing strategies to improve brand positioning
• Training and empowering organizational members to understand and adhere to the brand identity

Eligibility criteria:

Relevant work experience in branding, brand management, or marketing (minimum 3 to 5 years)
• Strong proficiency in branding concepts, brand architecture, brand design, visual identity, and brand communications
• Ability to lead the brand design process with internal teams or creative agencies
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (preferably: Adobe Creative Suite)
• Familiarity with consumer behavior, marketing strategies, and market research
• High skills in planning, analysis, and management of branding projects
• Creativity, high attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively
