Job Description
The Brand Manager at Zar Industrial Group champions the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive growth within the Manufacturing and Processing industry. As a vital part of the marketing team, you oversee branding initiatives to strengthen our market positioning and ensure brand consistency across all platforms. You collaborate with cross-functional departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives in our Tehran office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand recognition and customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive product positioning.
- Oversee brand development activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to design and implement marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve brand engagement.
- Work with product development to ensure branding consistency in product launches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media and external partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, providing insights into branding best practices.
- Manage the brand budget effectively to maximize returns on investment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management within the Marketing, Advertising, Market Research & Branding category.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for market trends and consumer insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate cross-functionally.
