Job Summary
This role is responsible for Leading the sales and marketing operations of the infectious diseases portfolio, ensuring market growth, brand positioning, and achievement of sales targets through strategic planning, market analysis, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute country sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives in the antibiotic/Vaccine line.
Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and market coverage.
Analyze sales trends, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with distribution partners to ensure product availability.
Build and maintain strong relations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.
Conduct regular market visits and review sales performance data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Analyze market dynamics to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities.
Plan and implement product launch strategies and promotional campaigns for the antibiotic portfolio.
Collaborate with the medical and regulatory teams to ensure compliant marketing content and messaging.
Develop and monitor brand strategies and product positioning.
Design and execute marketing communication plans, including digital and MCM (multi-channel marketing) projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing (preferably Antibiotics / Vaccines).
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing principles, market analysis, and sales management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
