Job Description

Ability to develop and writing procedures for the HRM functions, based on the academic and theoretic aspects of HRM/HCM. Acting as the executive assistant to an experienced Human Resource Manager already engaged in the job position. Experience in performing the duties and operations of the human resources management department as an assistant to the company's human resources manager. Has experience in writing human resource management practices based on academic and theoretical teachings in the field of human resources.

Requirements

B.S./M.S. in Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management or an equivalent MBA based on a B.S. in the other engineering fields. e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, etc. plus at least 3-5 years practice in the field of HRM. Assistant for human resources manager, holds a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering or an MBA (management) degree after graduating in other engineering disciplines, such as mechanics, electrical, etc. Has work experience in resource management Humanities include writing human resource procedures and implementing them in the organization.
