● Schedule meetings.
● Document received and sent emails of the director based on senders, dates, subjects, etc.
● Prepare a daily report of directors.
● Office supervising.
● Responsible for visa applications for head office visitors. coordinate airport pick-up, CIP, and accommodation as needed.
● Hold office events.
● Do any other daily tasks related to HR or director requirements.
● Supervise office and foreign manager's apartments services.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree.
● Preferably more than two years of experience in related fields.
● Advanced knowledge of ICDL.
● Upper-intermediate knowledge of English.
● Advanced knowledge of the administration process.
● Advanced knowledge of Outlook.
● Hard worker.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Ability to work under pressure.
● Advanced knowledge of Outlook.
● Ability to meet deadlines in forced situations.
